Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy describes how Primo Botanicals (“we“, “us“, or “our“) ships orders. We only ship within the United States and only to states in which our products are permitted by law.

Shipping Time

All orders are shipped as quickly as possible once they are received. Although most order will ship within 24 hours, please allow up to 3 business days for orders to be processed and shipped. Orders are processed Monday – Friday on a first come, first serve basis. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Making Changes

If you wish to make any changes to your order once it has been placed, please contact us at support@PrimoBotanicals.com as soon as possible. Once an order has been placed, it is typically not possible to change or cancel that order, but we will try our best to accommodate your request. Please order carefully and make sure your order is correct before payment. Once your order has shipped, we will not be able to change or cancel the order.

Delivery Issues

In the rare instance that a package is not delivered, or delivered to the wrong location, please contact us within 15 days of the date your order was placed. We will file a claim with the appropriate courier and get back to you.

Shipping Restrictions

Primo Botanicals only ships to locations where Kratom (Mitragyna Speciosa) is legally permitted. There are some states, counties, and cities where Kratom is banned and you will not be able to place an order delivering to these locations. Other locations may regulate Kratom.
