Returns and Exchanges
We are 100% confident that you will be happy with your Primo Botanicals products, but if you would like to return your purchase, please contact us at support@PrimoBotanicals.com. Returns must be authorized before proceeding with a return.
If your return is approved, instructions on how to proceed will be shared with you via email.
The refund will be credited to your original method of payment within 10 business days after we receive the product. Please note: refunds are granted for product cost only and do not include the original shipping cost paid by the customer or the shipping costs for the return shipment back to our warehouse.
Returns will only be accepted if the products were ordered directly from us at PrimoBotanicals.com. Products resold through third-party websites or personal inventory are not eligible for returns.
