Making Changes
If you wish to make any changes to your order once it has been placed, please contact us at support@PrimoBotanicals.com as soon as possible. Once an order has been placed, it is typically not possible to change or cancel that order, but we will try our best to accommodate your request. Please order carefully and make sure your order is correct before payment. Once your order has shipped, we will not be able to change or cancel the order.
Delivery Issues
In the rare instance that a package is not delivered, or delivered to the wrong location, please contact us within 15 days of the date your order was placed. We will file a claim with the appropriate courier and get back to you.
